Last week we had the long awaited launch of the Constellation of Signs. It was one of those days where everything comes together – we had a dj, badge making, the PRIDE of SEFTON 2 was there, and of course we had ice creams. We were even blessed with the weather.
Many people came down to see the wall, and many of those were spotting signs they had designed themselves or contributed the idea. Even Shaun, who had lost a welly in the canal, came with his dad to find the lost welly immortalised in a sign on the wall.
At 2:45pm, the ribbon was cut by 20+ kids to officially unveil the artwork, and the Boys Brigade Brass Band did their thing.
